This is a very good one. 1 ½ cup lightly packed cilantro leaves (some stems are fine) ½ cup parsley leaves 1to 2 cloves of garlic 1 shallot or scallion ¼ cup olive oil 2 Tablespoons toasted pine nuts or walnuts Squeeze of fresh lemon or lime Salt & pepper to taste Puree all ingredients in a blender |
