This is a marvelously easy way to enhance jarred olives: 1 jar or can of black olives (Kalamata or Morroccan0 3 or so gl Tablespoons of olive oil 2 cloves of garlic, slivered Your choice of herbs (thyme, oregano, sage, mint - any or all) Drain the jar or can of liquid in which the olives are stored Sauté briefly the garlic Add the olives and toss Add the herbs and toss Turn into a serving bowl Serve |
