A 9 inch pie shell 1 ½ cups pumpkin ½ cup brown sugar 2 eggs lightly beaten 1 ½ cups milk ½ cup heavy cream dash of ground clove ½ tsp ginger 1 teasp cinnamon dash of nutmeg Mix ingredients together and pour into pastry or a pyrex dish (if you want a pudding rather than a pie). Bake at 450 o for 10 minutes Lower heat to 300o until firm (about 45 minutes) Cool Serve with whipped cream |
